OUR INCEPTION

At Roovedaa, we believe that true wellness starts from within—because when we’re not in harmony with ourselves, we’re not at our best, not in our most creative or productive state. What started as a simple initiative to give back, among friends, to serve a larger purpose of our being, soon became something much greater.

It was during our early days, as we began working with local farmers in Vidarbha, a region where the loss of hope is all too common, with one of the highest rates of farmer suicides in India. We realized the connection between well-being and prosperity isn’t just about individual health—it’s also about the health of the community and the environment. We found that when farmers are struggling, when they lack knowledge and support, they too are disconnected from their purpose. This disconnection affected their productivity, their creativity, and ultimately, their happiness.

This insight gave birth to Roovedaa—a brand that not only promotes wellness from within but also empowers the very communities that nourish the earth. By introducing sustainable farming practices and helping farmers grow high-value crops, we’ve not only created new income streams for over 3,000 farmers but also helped them find stability and hope. Our mission is to help them reconnect with their own purpose, just as we help our customers find balance through our products.

Roovedaa is about more than creating wellness products. It’s about building a movement that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit—starting from the farmers who grow the ingredients, to the people who use our products, to the communities that thrive together. Because when we are in harmony with ourselves, when we are connected to our purpose, we can be at our most productive, creative, and fulfilled.
